'Eaten’ to land at Dieciminuti Film Festival

Iranian short ‘Eaten’ is to attend the Dieciminuti Film Festival in Italy.

Iranian short film ‘Eaten’ has been scheduled to attend the Dieciminuti Film Festival in Italy.

Directed by Mohsen Rezapour, the short flick will be in contention at the Animation competition section of the 15th edition of the Italian film event.

A brief synopsis for the 7-minute flick reads, “A rabbit has been eaten by a wolf and when finally in the predator’s stomach, it meets another rabbit which had been eaten by the wolf some earlier time. Now the two go on living in this new environment and the story proceeds from this point on…”.

Rezapour, the director of ‘Eaten’, has said that although his animation is a fantasy production, it is not intended for the kids. Due to the fact that the things that happen on the show are a bit harsh, targeting the adults.

Established in 2005, the Dieciminuti Film Festival claims to work like a school which brings together the young and talented to approach the cinema of the world.

The upcoming edition of the event which was originally slated for March 17-21, 2020, is now re-scheduled for June 8-13. The event has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.
